Privacy

The National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations recognizes the importance of protecting and safeguarding private information.   We retain a record of the information you provide, including your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.  If you pay by check, a copy will be retained in our files.  We will not sell, rent or trade your name or contact information to a third party.  We do post links to our member associations’ websites.  Attendee contact lists are sometimes provided to other attendees at our events in order to facilitate further networking.

Links to Other Internet Sites:  In an effort to gather information that we hope will be useful to our member organizations, we include many links to other websites which may have different privacy policies than our own.

Electronic Transactions: All credit or debit card transactions entered into on our website are handled by a third-party vendor, PayPal.  No identifying credit card information is visible to the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations nor is it retained on any server to which we have access.  For complete information about PayPal’s privacy policy, click here.  Our electronic newsletter and events registration are managed via a third-party vendor, ConstantContact.  For complete information about ConstantContact’s privacy policy, click here.
