The National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations (NCWBA) is a unique professional organization and coalition of over 35,000 women lawyers of various women’s bar associations dedicated to championing the success of women’s associations in the legal industry. How do we do it?
The NCWBA fosters a supportive network of women’s associations nationwide and provides invaluable resources to its members for advancement in today’s legal landscape, such as promoting professional development and leadership opportunities for women attorneys. Through its initiatives, the organization offers mentorship programs, advocacy training, and a platform for a collective voice.
