Amplifying Women’s Voices in Leadership
This year’s theme, “Amplifying Women’s Voices in Leadership,” focuses on empowering women bar leaders to step confidently into leadership roles, elevate their voices, and create meaningful change within their organizations, the legal profession, and their communities.
Women’s bar associations have long played a vital role in advancing women in the legal profession—championing equity, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and advocating for systemic change. At the 2026 Summit, we will explore how leaders can continue building on that legacy by strengthening their voices, supporting one another, and ensuring women’s perspectives are heard and valued in every space where decisions are made.
Through an inspiring keynote, interactive discussions, and practical workshops, attendees will gain tools and strategies to:
